Extenuating Circumstances Policy
Innclusive’s cancellation policy is in place for good reason. Cancellations under most scenarios will be subject to the standards set forth by both the Host’s policies and by Innclusive’s Terms and Conditions.
We also know that sometimes life simply requires a short-notice cancellation. As such, Innclusive has a policy in place to ensure that cancellations under extenuating circumstances are handled properly. At the sole discretion of Innclusive, cancellation policies and fees can be waived.
Possible exceptions include but are not limited to:
Untimely death or severe injury of a Host, Guest, or close family member of a host or guest
Injury to Host or Guest that impedes and makes impossible fulfillment of responsibilities
Illness or symptomatic event that impedes and makes impossible Host or Guest fulfillment of responsibilities
Natural disasters affecting the local area that makes Hosting unsafe or impractical
Pandemic or mass emergency that makes Host or Guest responsibilities impractical or impossible
Travel restrictions imposed by appropriate governmental agencies
Urgent security advisories put out by appropriate governmental agencies
Unexpected changes in governmental form and/or leadership that restricts or impedes a Host’s ability to provide services or a Guest’s ability to travel safely
Unexpected and sudden damage to the booked property that renders Hosting unsafe
Unexpected and sudden maintenance requirements to the booked property that renders Hosting unsafe
